Welcome
Welcome to my apartment located in the historical and vibrant neighborhood of Montmartre, a few steps from Anvers station. Fully renovated, very nice size, this apartment is my music atelier, where I spend part of my time.
This is a real home, I will leave my personal items but you will have space for yours. Should you have any question or comment during your stay, you can always contact me as I am, to your advantage, a smartphone addict. You are lost or have an issue in Paris, please contact me, I will do my best to assist you. Even if I am away, there will always be somebody who can assist you in person if necessary.
As I live in the neighborhood I have my favourite restaurants and bars that I will be happy to indicate and even make reservations for your convenience.

The Apartment
Unlike many apartments available online, this place is a real home. I own it and live part of my time.
The apartment is a one open space unit of 68 mt2 (almost 750 ft2). It is on ground floor in a very calm street. I generally sleep at the -1 level, which makes it always cool and silent, but the bed can be as well prepared for you at the ground floor. The apartment has been entirely renovated in 2018 and is a modern loft with a fully equipped kitchen (including washer and dishwasher) a modern bathroom with a huge shower, a living room and a separate bedroom with a real double bed with a comfortable mattress. The couch on the ground floor can also be converted into a double bed, or into two single bed, if your children or friends are visiting during your stay (details to be discussed)
The overall place is very quiet.

Accessibility
The underground station is located less than 30 mt from the apartment
It can be reached on foot from the main station Gare du Nord (700mt) or taking a 2 stations-ride from metro La Chapelle (line 2, direct access from the train station). If you are coming by plane, you can take a direct train “RER B” to Gare du Nord from both Paris airport (Charles de Gaulles and Orly).
This is a very special area, quite apart from the rest of the city. However, it is always very crowded. That’s why I chose to live across the boulevard where the 18th Arrondissement begins.
My apartment is on the very top of 9th Arrondissement, the place where every Parisian wants to live now. It’s a chance to experience this Parisian life style! After having visited Montmartre, don’t miss the experience of buying your foods and products in rue Des Martyres ! And discover this wonderful Quartier where so many artists have been living
